Sertan Selcuk, VP for METAP and CIS, OPSWAT

At GITEX Global 2024, OPSWAT will be participating under the theme Future Forward CIP. Trusted by several of the region’s governments and largest private sector entities, its participation will demonstrate ongoing commitment to delivering cybersecurity solutions that are capable of spanning the OT-IT divide and arming security professionals with a range of tools to support their daily battle with threat actors.

The central showcase of OPSWAT’s booth will be its Critical Infrastructure Protection, CIP Mobile Lab where delegates can get an in-depth understanding of the company’s leading-edge MetaDefender platform. Interactive demonstrations of region-specific use cases will cover storage security, supply-chain security, secure managed file transfer, peripheral and removable media protection, access and endpoint security, email security, OT security, cross-domain security, and a range of others.

Visitors will be able to tour OPSWAT’s Nuclear Plant Model Reactor, which reinforces its credentials in securing the most sensitive industrial environments. Visitors will see, firsthand, how OPSWAT’s IT, OT platform deployment works in real-world scenarios relevant to GCC critical infrastructure.

And regarding IT-centric cybersecurity environments, OPSWAT will highlight solutions that fit ideally into critical infrastructure networks using a multi-layered security approach implemented through the company’s comprehensive MetaDefender platform.

In addition to product demos, OPSWAT will be offering complimentary CIP certifications to attendees at its event stand and through on-demand sessions. This initiative not only enhances learning experience for participants but reinforces commitment to advancing cybersecurity knowledge and skills across the industry.

The OPSWAT Academy will be running a Cyber Challenge, where participants can enhance their skills while having the chance to win prizes. Additionally, there will be quizzes designed to evaluate and expand visitors’ understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
